Ordered lunch with delivery doorDash because were outside doing yardwork. I ordered two pastrami sandwiches, one with sauerkraut and swiss cheese and other with just swiss and two sides of potato salad. There were no sides and no sauerkraut. I called up New York Bagel and Company to let them know we didnt receive our sides. The girl who answered, begins to tell me they were complementary with the sandwich so if I want I could come pick them up. I said no thats why I ordered DoorDash, so what does that mean? You can forget the sides because it comes with the sandwich? I purposely checked them off to get them. What about my sauerkraut? I also paid $2.50 extra each sandwich to add more meat to the sandwiches . The sandwiches didnt look like they added extra pastrami. This wasnt the only time they messed up my order when ordering breakfast sandwiches. Im done ordering there.

Great bagels and breakfast sandwiches. They are big so prepare to split them. Always consistent good food here.

The owner is a real piece of work. Extremely rude and entitled. Plus theres way better options for bagels. Let me list a few, oh whatta bagel in bayville is amazing and the customer service is phenomenal. JTs bagels in lacy another great option. Even Manhattan Bagel is better than this dump. Avoid this place at all cost.
