The server was nice enough, but overLl experience was terrible. Came in, and it smelled like a bathroom ( a clean one, but that musty sterile smell). My wife ordered a soup and salad, and while all our food was late, hers was the latest. A salad. And soup. We literally saw the waitress open the salad bag to put greens on my wife's plate. Then when it came out, she forgot the dressing for another 15 mins. The rest of us were already done eating. After all that, they had no chocolate ice cream, and the ice cream they did have they said was soft and mushy. The ice cream was the only reason we came (for our kids), and this is Friendly's, right? The ice cream place? Never again at this location.

Terrible.Not only the staff was rude and inattentive, the place looks like it hasn't been clean in years. On top of that we found not only 1 but 2 hairs in our meals. -Also the meals were cooked incorrectly- And although the store was literally almost empty ( 3 other tables where busy) our food took entirely too long (an extra order of bacon was handed over after I finished my meal- The cook had burn it...). There was just the waiting staff. No manager in sight. Not only I had to over hear our yelling waitress cursing at the other staff but the fact that I have to go look for her to pay my bill (again in an almost empty store) was too much. WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. I please suggest that everyone writes to this location and DEMAND improvements. ( I look for a suggestion box but there was none)
