        Total DISAPPOINTMENT tonight ! Ordered through the slice app....as usual. Pizza was close to on time...but COLD...not even lukewarm. What a disappointment. Will opt for pick-up from Red Star next time. Maybe things have changed with the new owner of Red Star?

        Food was 40 minutes late and cold. We loved this place and even the people who lived in our house before us had been ordering for over a decade. It is so disappointing for such awful service and can only assume it’s under the new management. We will be finding a new local place to frequent in the future.

        Have sign when entering that has lunch special on it. Go to order and say we don't have lunch special, haven't for a months. Ask if they were going take it down and no response.
