1. Sent my refund to a stranger's bank account
2. Made a mistake on our 2017 taxes that led to us having to pay the IRS over $8,000 and then refused to refund us his fees.
3. Did not understand how RSU cost-basis works (I literally had to explain this to him multiple times).
Long and short: if you want your taxes done correctly the first time, avoid working with Sandy.
