        Too many young males in leadership and they don’t like to corrections, unfortunately the FDA performs audits there and unable to find there is noncompliance to their own internal quality procedures. They hire people they can mentally control or friends of friends and based on nationality vs experience. The communication and quality training is lackluster. They don’t understand what electronic signatures either. BMS Summit West makes BMS look bad - that facility needs more upper corporate management oversight.

        Serena Taylor and Rupal Patel are the worst managers in S9 label control. Serena Taylor recently joined BMS doesnt know how to do the job and she is very unprofessional just like Rupal Patel.
