Poor customer service. When you call the bank you are offered two options to speak with a member at this branch. No one ever answers the phone and then you are disconnected from the call. Customers should be able to ask questions that may be specific to a par Location without having to go into the bank and/or schedule a meeting. Remove the option to speak with someone since its really not an option.

I am a customer of BOA, all my accounts are with them. The whole day I have been spending on foot and needed a bathroom ASAP. The guy at the front desk said that "they did not have any public bathrooms". I'm a damn customer!!!! Classic trash bank of america treatment. Was considering switching banks and this was the final straw.

I have had great experiences at this bank. Whenever I walk in, they are very attentive, and either a teller or a bank officer helps me with whatever I need quickly in a very friendly and professional manner.
