Could be the best doctor I've ever had, or will have. He genuinely cares for his patients. Discusses everything, regarding any issue- possible treatment and any issues that may arise. People here complain about wait time When your in front of him you'll get it. He takes his time and treats you!

This 2nd visit we were 5 minutes late due to road closures. I called and left a message we were going to be late., but no one ever answers the phone you have to leave a message. At the office we were told we needed to reschedule. The man at the desk didn't know why only that he had been told. I did not take this news well, this appointment was for my 92 year old mom with dementia, I also had my 92 year old dad with me. The man then told me because we were late, we were to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment and since we were 5 minutes late we were really 20 minutes late! He was not kind with his words, I was not kind with my response I was upset. When I told him at the first appointment we waited for an hour before being seen he responded that was here nor there! My mom was getting agitated at first appointment due to the wait. I should add we were the only ones in the waiting room. A women called for another patient when I said no, she gave me a look and yelled the name again, I informed her the people in the waiting room were all my family.
I'm not sure why they tell you to be there 15 minutes early, I had forgotten that request, life is busy. Why would a facility for successful aging set up aging people for failure with there scheduling requirements? I'm sure there are patients with mobility, memory and cognitive issues that would have appointments at this facility and may have problems with arriving on time or remembering their appointment time is not realky their appointment time. The office staff should be better and kinder dealing with their patients and their families.

Called twice - first was Tuesday morning and then again on Wednesday to schedule appointment for my parents. I was never called back despite being told I would receive a call back in one business day. Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for a call back since Tuesday and now its Friday. Don’t waste your time.
