      image Called twice - first was Tuesday morning and then again on Wednesday to schedule appointment for my parents. I was never called back despite being told I would receive a call back in one business day. Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for a call back since Tuesday and now its Friday. Don’t waste your time.

      image Stay away. They use Elders as guinea pigs. Triple book appointments. The wait time is atrocious and the staff is condescending. Gave me wrong address drove 4 hour and a half then refused to see me because I was 10 minutes late. Closed and locked door in front of me. Complained to office manager who basically blew me off. Shame on these people. They could give two craps about the elderly this is a Medicare Medicaid Insurance Mill. Better off at UC p e n.
