Mine is the story of David and Goliath. That is to say my attorney, David Kaplan, took on my Goliath one of the largest public employers in the state. I was angry and hurt from years of discrimination in my workplace. It took me a while to find David. So many other attorneys wouldnt take on my Goliath. Goliath is too strong, they said. Goliath is too big. Goliath has unlimited resources. We dont fight Goliath, so many said. Not my David. He took on Goliath and we were handsomely rewarded. Thank you Mr. Kaplan. We did it!

Legal matters take time and patience and can be hard to deal with. I'm appreciative of how well Mr. Kaplan handled my case and his professionalism throughout the duration of the process. Mr. Kaplan is not only an outstanding Lawyer who helped me in an employment discrimination suit to much success, but he is an even better human being . Im very fortunate to have met him and have him represent me. Hes attentive, very understanding, and a caring individual. No words can describe what he did for me while I was going through not only the litigation with the employer, but severe illness in my personal life. He understood both of those scenarios and always treated me with much respect, professionally and personally. Ill be forever in his debt.
