With a high prescription (think Coke can lens lol), I am particular with whom I go to. Been seeing Dr. Sethi for 5 years now and wont go to anyone else. They dont take my eye insurance, but I dont care and pay out of pocket. That is how much I trust her. She is super personable and makes you feel like you are the only patient. I am at the age that I need bifocals now and she fit me so well in them. Highly recommend.

They got me in for an emergency appt. and the doctor I saw was very nice and seemed thorough but thats where the good experience ends. They prescribed a medicine for me which requires a prior authorization. Upon checking after a few days to see if it was in process, I was told by the girl at the desk that she didnt know how to do it.what? Firstly, how is that acceptable and secondly, you just left it without calling me or finding out how to do it? So then she then tells me shed have to send it over to the Atlantic City office for them to process and would call me back once she was updated. No return call for the second time. Ok fine, I wait another week and follow up with manahawkin and front desk girl promises to check with AC office and call me back, no call back AGAIN. Finally after almost three weeks, annoyed and running out of samples, I call my insurance company to see what stage the process is at. Insurance co. tells me nothing has ever been sent over or started. Now Im extremely disappointed and aggravated. You prescribe necessary medication for a patient and dont bother to make certain the patient can get it? My insurance company had to initiate the authorization and fax them. All they have to do now is complete it and send it back but after this Im not hopeful theyll even do that. Obviously front desk help in both locations leaves a lot to be desired. This is not how you treat your patients. Save yourself aggravation and go elsewhere. Sethi eye-care, wheres your office manager? Who is training your office staff? Clearly, no one. Do better.
