So this is an edit of my previous five stars. I had a wonderful experience with the front desk. Melissa is great, super knowledgeable and informative. Every visit, all the doctors and hygienists made me feel very comfortable. But I do have to say, my crown was done improperly. I knew something was wrong immediately and was told to let it “settle in.”
I am now getting this issue fixed elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this location for any major work.

I would have been a first time patient if I hadn't gotten the NASTIEST responses from the rude girl who answered the phone. Unbelievable. Especially after reading the reviews I will definitely go someplace else.

I truly do not understand the complaints about the Springfield location. From the office staff to the doctors, hygienist, pretty much everyone who works from the counter and beyond, they are friendly and personable to me.
I'd say the only unfortunate thing about the Springfield location is that they don't do all procedures there. If you need wisdom teeth extraction, you'll have to go to one of their other locations, like in East Brunswick.
