Mary Jo has been doing my house for over 3 years there isn't a bad thing I can say about her or her company I have Mary Jo coming every month she brings in 3 other girls and they do a more than excellent job. Besides that they are trustworthy and extremely professional. I actually leave the house and do errands while they is there. I highly recommend them. Very accommodating.

Not professional. Damaged my bedroom furniture, banged my newly painted wall with vacuum cleaner, banged dining room chair against wall and marked it. I have new stainless steel sink that they scratched up when cleaning, chipped my new wood kitchen table and as for cleaning the rags they come and use to clean are already dirty and every time they left my house they would take my paper towels with them from my bathroom. Called the owner and was told she is not responsible. I do not recommend this cleaning company. In response to the owner, last time I spoke with her as soon as she heard I wanted one cleaning check back for damages, never heard from her, after she asked me what she can do to make it right. Bathroom they come out with their bathroom gloves and without taking them off are touching everything else. Fifty clients now, u told me u had thirty, they must not be watching while your crew is cleaning, Once again do not recommend. Cleaning my kitchen floor with a dirty black mop, emptying the vacuum in my kitchen garbage and the dirt dust all flying around. l take into garage to empty it out. Counters in kitchen had to be wiped down by me. Cleaning supplies were here, gave MaryJo the Swifter duster and had them here, she choose to use the dirty swifter in my home from the houses before rather then asking for them. I can only say she is irresponsible as a business owner. Do not recommend!!!!!!!!! Something goes wrong breaks whatever she will look the other way. That is not a responsible business owner. Also first day she came was late, she stated she was at massage parlor in Washington and I let it go. As for putting coverings on their shoes, the cleaners she brought did not all put them on. I just moved in my home and never heard the water in the tub running to be cleaned and that is because it does not work. Never told me so I don’t know how they cleaned my tub without having water!!!!! Lots more!!!!!! Please be aware they are not professionals. Look elsewhere, very very irresponsible!!!!!!!

The quality of cleaning is excellent! Mary Jo is professional, friendly, flexible and does an amazing job.. The friendly team arrives on time and are very thorough in cleaning my home . They are an outstanding, exceptional, and reliable cleaning service who I recommend to my friends and family.
