I've been banking here since 19' & have always received excellent service. From making appts to walk-in's & using their notary services, the mng staff and tellers have consistently been friendly and helpful.

Worst banking company in the world. Had money stolen from me after my money order checks for rent got stolen and I had to double up and send double the rent for another month and started a claims issue with Bank of America and they did absolutely nothing. Went to the actual store and used online and phone claims and they did absolutely nothing and they let 1204 dollars be stolen from me. They didnt even give me a reason for dropping the claim. I had to make up that 1204 . Been a customer with them for over 10 years and they completely did not care for me. Do not use this bank or any of its services because even if you never had an issue with them and only file a claim for theft/fraud once they still wont do anything to help you and will let you suffer. Then when you try to call, the automated voice systems are a joke and when you finally get in touch with humans, they bounce you around like youre garbage. When you try to go to store, they say go online or call. They will let money get stolen from you but happily take your credit card payments and smile in your face and never do anything to help you. They dont even care that losing the money meant less food or having to make sacrifices or work 20 more hours a week until it was made up. They just dont care.
