Absolutely amazing. Their customer service is great as well. Christine has been so helpful and was so understanding of the situation I'm going through with my mail being stolen and I really appreciate all the help. I didn't know if it was to late to get reprints done and because of the help from Christine I will actually be able to see and receive my daughters school pictures 😊. Thank you so much for everything you guys do 💕

They didn't give me all my photos that I paid for. Then I called so I can get my missing photos... They mailed them and still left put pictures. This isn't the 1st year that this has happened. I'm sad about that because the people who work here are so so nice!

Absolutely irresponsible! I ordered my photos that were then mailed to me in a plastic UNSEALED sleeve inside a paper envelope. It arrived on a day there was rain and knowing they are shipping a product that can not be bent or shoved into a mailbox, you would think for the price you pay, they would ship in appropriate packaging. My photos were ruined with rain water. Such a waste of money for already overpriced photos that can be done much cheaper at other places. I will not be purchasing again. Also, not that it mattered in my particular situation but there is no indication/labeling on the envelope for the post office to not bend or crease and they did not even enclose a cardboard sleeve to retain shape. No quality whatsoever.

Based on the Job they did, it appears they don't have basic photography skills. Any photographer will know how to pose their subject, frame them. All they did was to click a picture superimpose it on top of background and send it. I wouldn't have paid a single dollar for this poor quality pic. They know to target schools as then they don't have to depend on quality of work to attract customers. one lousy photo studio.
