I called this company ON the night of the Tropical Storm Ida. They took my information and promised me a call back in the morning. When I didn't hear from them in two days I called again, they promised me I was "on the list" and would get a call back in a couple of days. It's been TEN days. No response, no call. So much for their team experts being "on-site within 2-4 hours". I understand they are busy, but come on....at minimum, a courtesy call back would have been appreciated. Definitely not the way to run a business.

I was leaving for a trip when I went to the basement to get the last thing so I could leave and my feet were suddenly wet. I was overwhelmed getting 3 kids out of the house and now this disaster. I had heard of serv pro but never used them. I called and within an hour they had 2 guys with 4 fans and a dehumidifier in my basement. They were professional, reliable, and truly lifesavers. I wish I could call them to fix all of life’s disaster. My trip was saved and I am a now a huge fan of serv pro. From the first moment of my call they put me at ease which was what I needed just as much as the physical labor. The price was great. Well worth every penny. Had I done it all myself I would have saved some money, but paid that amount and more in chiropractor bills. Plus I would have always worried that mold grew cause I wasn’t a professional. I guess Serv pro stands for service professionals and the name fits
