I can't say enough about Lou and Daryl. They were simply amazing. Knowledgeable and understanding and sincerely are trying to help you fix problems. I had the unfortunate situation of having a sewer cap lodged into the pipe (found with the help of my municipality's sewer and maintenance service department) for which we kept having to pay for snakings and jettings which added up really fast. This was a really big job. They helped to re-route the piping of the house to a more direct and well pitched line out the front. It's just nice to never have to worry about the basement flooding from backup again. They are fairly priced and simply do awesome work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. They are really honest and nice people and in particular especially Lou who helped me out with a couple of other things as well.

I had an issue with a very stuck on shower cartridge. I called Lou's Plumbing yesterday night around 10pm and the receptionist told me that they'd give me a call later. I got a call from Daryl around 10AM the next day letting me know that he can come around 12pm. Not only did he arrive early, he was extremely professional and friendly. He pulled out the cartridge in no time and even installed the new one for me. The pricing was reasonable and the service was quick and in all honesty, that's all you can ask for. Would recommend and will call again should I need help.

Amazing group of guys. I had an urgent sewer pipe issue in a new home just before the holidays. They were insanely accommodating and made it happen. Worked so hard for 8 hours to get the job done in one day. HIGHLY recommended!! Really nice people too.

Just had Lou and Darryl at our home, and they were AMAZING! They were so nice, professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable and informative....AND so extremely fairly priced! They unclogged our tub drain, and in doing so - they found that our pipe was corroded as well. I will be calling them back to replace that finding! Getting a GOOD plumber has always been a task, but now I know who I will always call! Thanks again, guys! Services: Leak investigation and repair, Drain unblocking, Pipe repair
