I've been dealing with these sorts of companies for about a year now. As recruiting agencies, they're incompetent at best. As scammers, they don't seem to ask for any particularly useful information so I can't say they're competent scammers either. So God only knows what they're actually doing. Either way they're not worth your time.
All of these scammers seem to call from New Jersey. If you don't live in New Jersey, be skeptical of getting calls from there.

Spam company posting fraudulent job opportunities. Very unprofessional. If you have ever worked with legitimate staffing agency, this place is obviously fake. They "represented" me to BD Syringes, but when I called BD they had no knowledge of the agency or job position.

For anyone unsure what this company is, please rest assured: it's a fake company with a fake address and website, designed to trick potential candidates into providing personal information. You may have received an e-mail from a recruiter asking for your interest and personal information. The personal information you provide will be sold to scammers and spammers in an effort to steal your identity and your money.
To confirm that this business is fraudulent, carefully examine the other reviews here, almost all of which are from fake reviewers with unusual foreign names.
You should also examine the physical address of the business, which is a professional services building - a large life sciences research corporation could not possibly fit inside the building at the listed address.
You should also carefully examine the website, which is clearly not a professional design - check the "About Us" and "Media" sections. There is no LinkedIn page, no truly active Twitter account, and no staff directory. At a normal company, you'd be able to identify the CEO and board members immediately on their website. Consider carefully why that information wouldn't be listed here - perhaps because it's a fake company and those people don't exist?
