If I could proceed with NO STARS then I would. I recently attended my friend's 35th birthday at this establishment. My friend spent A LOT of money to ensure that his day was truly special and that his guests would have a great time. The décor was amazing, the food was nothing less than spectacular, and the music was on point; all of the things that you would want in a successful event. Unfortunately, the service of the owners leaves much to be desired. They were disrespectful, rude, and discriminating. They way they spoke to my friend, the hostess, the one that spent a bunch of his own money was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. and their lack of professionalism is nauseating. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! It's not worth it!!!!!!

The venue is beautiful, but however the owner John is despicable! The way he treated my brother and his event planner for his birthday bash (that he spent thousands of dollars for) was unacceptable. He was yelling, cursing, and screaming at them as his guests entered the venue embarrassing them before the event even started. How is that any way to treat someone who is patronizing your business? Beautiful venue, but I would never recommend this place for any future events unless it has a new owner.

This owner took off with our deposit with absolutely no communication or consideration! We were excited to have our daughter's party and were willing to move it out to 2021. He just took off with all of his stuff and burned us! Not even a partial refund or phone call. Do not do business with this person! We saved up for this! To just leave! WRONG! ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was there for a birthday party this past weekend. All was well until the owner John made his presence known. He was very disrespectful and demeaning with his tone. He made several hateful statements. I do not recommend this place at all until it gets new ownership.
