Dr Alok Royal is one of the best. I've been seeing Dr Goyal for a few years and never had any problems with him or his staff. Great Doctor Great staff.

visited the doctor's office at South plainfield location this morning at 10:00am and encountered a disappointing experience with the front desk girl (wearing purple). Despite the office being short-staffed, the receptionist's attitude was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand the challenges they face, but rudeness is never acceptable. It's essential for customer service to remain courteous and helpful, even during busy times. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more positive experience for future patients

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Goyal for over 15 years. We are very happy with the care and services that this office provides, and we will be going here for many more years to come.
