Goldson Medical Associates, LLC

Long story short, Goldson Medical billed my appointment incorrectly. I have been reaching out to them for over 3 months now, leaving voicemails daily (over 20 voicemails!) and sending emails, but I have received ZERO response. My insurer also tried to resolve the issue multiple times with no luck. The billing department seems to not exist; they have not even once picked up my call nor returned any of my voicemails. I will never use Goldson Medical services ever again! I would give this place 0 stars if that was possible. Terrible experience with no result in sight.

A really horrible and wildly negligent medical practice. I got lab work done here this year and was charged over $1000+ (with insurance) because the provider failed to mention that the tests she recommended are not usually covered. In addition to having to pay the cost of the lab testing I got done 6 months ago, to date I have *never* received the test results. The only way you can get your results from this medical practice (that closes early and lies about being open on weekends) is to pick it up in person (goodluck) or to have it faxed. In 2023. No email Shocking they are still in business, do not waste your time.

This is my second time here at Dr.Goldsons office. The staff is great I loved that its black owned but when it comes down to Dr.Goldson herself is rude and judgmental.waving her fingers in my face her tone and body language was just disgusting. I can't believe how I was treated here!

I have been a patient for over twenty years. Dr. GoldSTIEN I find to be a doctor who cares and is very open. Yes, it is true there has been a bad experience with the receptionist and the phlebotomist, but the problem was corrected through and by replacing them. I will say that Dr. Goldstein is a doctor of many hats and yes, some days that are not calm days, but it doesn't take away from her being a great doctor and caring. In any business, we as people have to remember that every day is not great when dealing with people. Whether they work with you, whether they are patient, family, or friend, personality clashes, but she is always apologetic, and your health is always her first concern. Take note that we get the best top-notch doctors; and we always get a follow-up call. Dr. GOLDSTEIN always puts herself in your shoes as a patient to treat you with the best care. She will always be my doctor, and I highly recommend her. Top Doctor always...
