I recently opened a business account here and everything having to do with the experience was fantastic. When we walked in, we were greeted very warmly and attended to immediately. Quincy, who was the person who set up our account was efficient, professional and made the process very smooth. Everyone else in the office was very pleasant and even offered us lollipops. South Orange is lucky to have these folks working at this location.

Called to inquire about a service they provide. They weren't willing to give me all the information I needed. It was a simple question. So now Ive got to waste time and go there in person.

This bank is a throw back to the 1970's.  Their wire limits are miniscule.  It's nearly impossible to speak to anyone at the branch.   The store very few statements on line compared to other major banks.   Terrible menus on phone.
