The condescending jerk at the front desk when I checked in was very unwilling to help, very insistent that the customer shut up and let him talk, rolled his eyes while arguing with the guy in front of me, and seemed very exasperated to have to answer a question. I quickly understood why he needed bullet proof glass between him and the rest of the room. Someday he'll treat the wrong person that way.
I stay at close to 200 hotels per year. This was one of the most filthy to date. I actually found a baby's passifier and bottle top on the floor next to the bed. The sheets are ripped, the pillow cases are stained, the corners of the room have a quarter inch of dust and lint in them, the dresser's handle is broken off half way and dangling by one screw, and the filthy tattered curtain won't close all the way.
If I wasn't forced to stay here because it's a business trip, I would rather drive through the night. I might be sleeping in the parking lot tonight. Will never stay here again.
