Owner seems nice but driver was incompetent. He towed my BMW, never put the bumper cover or the tow screw back int the car. Took forever to get back in touch and dropped off the bumper cover today (1 week after tow) but told me he didnt have the tow screw. When I asked how he towed the car without the screw he said he had the exact one made for my BMW and it was his, and refused to give it back to me!Stay away if at all possible!

I needed 2 vehicles to be towed, and It was both hooked and ready to go within 1 hour of the call. I dealt with the owner, and the best way to understand the type of service you should expect from them is that the owner is a car person. He treats the vehicles as if it was his own as he loads them up. They are fast and reliable. More importantly, if he gives you a time he is going to come, they will be on time no questions asked. DO NOT RECOMMEND for lowered vehicles as they dont know how, dont want to, or dont have equipment? (literally just short 2x4 boards if needed) Needed My MK5 GTI towed less than 15 miles, its only on 2.5" lowering coilovers. Call went through AAA so I know I was Low priority as you are always when using AAA. Called AAA at 6pm assigned a driver at 7pm (thanks AAA) didnt arrive till 7:30pm. Time wise I guess its okay since they have to accept AAA pricing for the tow. Ive used it to tow this car before. Driver arrives and I tell him its lowered 2.5" and I offer to push it into parking spots behind so it can be loaded from the from front and not the rear. He says no problem its fine and pulls up behind car. ( sure this is just so they can get the hookup charge) Attempts to load it and as soon as my front bumper starts rubbin asphalt I ask him to stop. I again repeat Ill push it back into another spot so he can load it forward instead of back so it wont rip off my bumper. He tells me "Its a rush job" repleatedly. I said it will load fine from the front (rubs a little) ive done it a couple times. He again Tells me "Rush job" and if I want it loaded hes doing it this way or not at all. (Basically telling me tough "sh" I will rip off your bumper and tow or we can leave it). I tell him to leave it. Call a GOOD tow company that carried 2x4s and puts it on the truck, after I push it back into another spot and have it towed. Didnt even need 2x4s. Tripoli is just TOO RUSHED to do a proper tow.
