Great system of scheduling and quotation. All was setup, quoted and scheduled via text (as his voice mail suggests). He was on time, and did not overcharge when I thought I needed more work on my snow thrower than was actually needed. He adjusted the price to match the labor involved. Receipt also provided for maintenance records. He followed COVID protocols, wore gloves while he worked, and laid down cardboard on my driveway to protect it from any spills during his maintenance. THE BEST front-door service you can ask for. I'll never again load up my engine equipment onto a flatbed to bring to a service center.

Very reliable & efficient. Took the time to throughly assess our snow blower & replace the broken items to get it up and running in no time. Very polite & friendly & adhered to taking COVID precautions when talking with him. Very pleased with his work & will def use him again in the future if need be

I wish I could be as sanguine as the other reviewers. Yes, he came and yes he worked on my snowblower. He was done in less than 1/2 hour. I was charged $220 for the service I received in December and today as I was using my snowblower, the same thing happened that was supposed to have been fixed. Also, I thought he was a bit rude in our contacts. All that glitters is not gold.

He is also very punctual. Once he gives you the time and date, he is there without any issues .
