Very happy with SM Educational Services! We have seen a big improvement in our daughter's math skills. At first, our daughter was attending for math tutoring only (1-2 nights a week). We then decided to send her there for after-care + tutoring (rates are same as Franklin Township after-care). Why send her to two places? We thought our daughter would be unhappy about it but we were wrong. We had expressed this concern to Shalini and she assured us she would be fine. It was a smart decision on our end to try it out. Shalini has made the experience very positive for our daughter. After her school work is complete, she has some down time to be on the computer or to simply have fun with the other students. Our daughter's confidence in math has increased and that was our main goal.

I've been coming here for about 5 years - for both tutoring during the school year and summer camp. I've practiced Algebra 1, Geometry and Algebra 2 as well as prep for the ACT and am very pleased with the work and results I get.

I've known the teacher, Shalini, for some years now and her math skills are exceptional. She is a great teacher with the ability to motivate kids to love the subject. This is a great learning environment to get your child into.

My experience here at the summer camp was great and I plan on telling everyone I know that needs help with SAT prep, Algebra, etc. to come here. I personally came here to better my skills in Algebra and the first lesson I took I knew that I would better my skills dramatically. Ms. Shalini is a great teacher and has a great personality. During the morning, I would learn new skills in Algebra and practice many problems from my summer math packet.Ms. Shalini gives me an individualised set of problems based on the areas I needed extra practice in. Note that during my learning period Ms. Shalini gives me individual attention which is key for learning. After learning period, its lunch time and intense playing of chess or checkers. Finally, Ms. Shalini would either take us to the park, library, golfing,swimming , bowling. etc. and we would come back and have free time. I loved it here and I recommend it to anyone who needs a fun camp which improves your skills too.

I've been tutored by Ms.Shalini since I was in the second grade and it shows in my grades in Math. I am now going into my junior year in high school. Last year I was struggling with Algebra 2 and she helped me tremendously, without her assistance I don't believe I would have passed the course as well as I did. I would definitely recommend her services to any student who is in need of help. Her tutoring style is highly effective and attending her sessions were and still are something I look forward to.
