Put $20 in the machine that dispenses playing card and no card came out. Called customer service immediately and sent them a copy of the receipt. Was told I would get a refund. This was LAST NOVEMBER. I have sent multiple emails and they are ignored.

I paid $5 to get 20 tokens and when I put the four tokens in the game the game is not starting!
