    Bait and Switch! They tell you one thing in the store and wait a few months for all the credits to come through and when they don't they can't help! They tell you to call customer service. Customer service is lip service and do not follow up and call you back. They made 3 false claims. 3rd line Free on plan = FALSE. Phones on Us, but cost $300, but then that is only one and the other 2 were half price and full price. They claim to pay off your phone up to $1,000 to switch over = FALSE. I made my decision to switch from Xfinity Mobile based on what I was told......I'm now paying more that Xfinity Mobile.....Should have never switched. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

    I went in today to turn in a phone and was poorly treated. Workers were standing around talking because the store was slow. I approached one worker who,  when I asked to return a phone, was abrupt and unhelpful. it wasn't a polite interaction. The young man stood there and looked at me blankly when I tried to return an older iPhone and and the iPhone 11 that T-Mobile sent me after the old network was discontinued. He kept asking me who sent the phones to me--I already told him I had an account, and he kept asking where the phones came from. He rudely and about Lott told me I had to go to another store. Then as I left he and his coworkers were giving me dirty looks and snickerEd as I walked out.  I'm not sure I will return to this particular store.

    Absolutely useless. They cant help you with anything unless you are going to buy a phone. Came in with an issue with my t mobile phone they told me to buy a new phone or they cant help me. Came back next week to make a change to my T-Mobile plan, told me to call customer service. Im not sure what they do there.

    Be careful when purchasing a phone, they take your device and leave their own reviews. Its the desperation for me lol. I stumbled upon this review after leaving a review for a food location. Im wondering when did I write a review for T-Mobile and why did the review say ok lol. Oh I know why because it wasnt me. Each of my experiences with T-Mobile arent even memorable but I guess the staff are always nice

    If I could give this store and its workers a negative I would. My experience has been awful on both occasions. Lets start with Mr. Cristian himself. His initial impression is that he is knowledgable however, there is always a glitch with the transaction. My last and horrific experience was when I went into the store to upgrade my phone from a iPhone 10 to a 13. I was told that they were getting busy in the store so I could go home and wait for all my information to back up( basically being brushed off so he could make his commission). I also was told my old phone would not go into storage until everything was taken care of. Silly me! Word to the wise never leave the store until everything is finished transferring over. I was promised that I would receive a call from him to make sure everything was transferred over to the new phone. Needless to say I never received a call and my photos never uploaded to the phone. I ended up calling the store the next morning and being told to come back to the store. Christian not only didn't uphold his word but never explained how much storage the phone held. It was as if he wanted to make a sale and that was all. The following day I went to the store and he was clueless as to why my photos didn't transfer over. He played with his watch, texted on his private phone and even spoke about his girlfriend being mad at him and not knowing why. After standing in the store for over an hour I was fed up. I asked to return the phone and be given back my iPhone 10. From what the receipt that I had to ask for said in black and white: I would probably have to pay a storage fee. I was okay with that. He proceeds to walk over to his co- worker Ms. Amanda (very nasty) and she came over and said unfortunately we don't have your phone (liar) I said the phone is right here and he is charging it so that we can solve the problem. She begins to laugh. She then grabs the phone and puts it In her pocket. Never said allow me to see what could be the problem. This went on for another hour. I asked to speak to a higher up and was told to call customer service from my own phone. I said NO I'm in your store I need your phone. She calls the main CS and they ask to speak with her . The CS rep asked her why was she giving the customer such a hard time she laughs and said she didn't know. CS gave her several options and she would not cooperate. She asked him whom trained him in a degrading manner. Shortly, she decided she wanted to call the police and I was fine with it . I guess when you do mean to people you hide behind the authorities. Needless to say this immature disgusting soul went into the back and wiped my phone CLEAN! yes clean. Her motive was to wipe it clean so that once the police arrived she could say it was already set for storage. One might say 'its just photos" however, these photos consisted of my deceased mother. We created so many memories on her last days spent on this earth; and I would pay anything just to have those photos back. Not only memories of her but of my children. THIS CHRISTIAN CHARACTER JUST STOOD THERE. HE SAID NOTHING TO JUSTIFY WHY THIS ALL TOOK PLACE. I am hurt beyond measures because this issue has yet to be resolved. Grant it, God will deal with her accordingly. I will be cancelling with T mobile and I do not recommend anyone take their business here.
