I have been going to Dr. Walia for years. Recommended my Dad Mom Aunt and friends his expert care and concern for his clients goes beyond and above..he is the kindest Dr. I know he maintains my back pain for years and when I walk in it feels like Family.. his assistant Lori makes sure everything runs efficiently and smooth and is also caring and kind. His front desk staff is friendly kind and caring and knows me as soon as I go in.. they are all attentive and will help in any way possible. Im lucky to have found Dr. Walia and his amazing staffDr Walia is the BEST in his field!!!!!. Debra B

Dr. Walia treated my pain. I was miserable during my evaluation and
he made me feel at ease. He was knowledgeable, thorough, took great notes, and listened to what I had to say. When I was getting my first shot, he explained eveything that was being done. I like that he took the time to talk to me about what I need to do going forward. Today I feel great! The staff was very organized and friendly. I recommend Pain Management with Dr. Walia. Thank you so much!

I'm someone who deals with long term chronic pain and run a health advocacy group. On occasion patients are treated terrible in Dr offices. This is one of those occasions & one of the worst. Only there 4 times but should have gave up the first visit when the dr was very unkind, rude and unhelpful. I kept giving him a try because when you are in pain and have multiple illnesses you are dealing with, its not that easy to keep switching drs. All 4 visits he was the same. My husband witnessed everytime & we always left more upset then when we got there. Finally this last visit I asked to switch to Dr Mak who I have heard good things and it would have been within the same office. They said no, which makes zero sense. But it also tells me they are not there to help people. If they were, why turn down a second set of eyes and try that much harder to help a patient? Overall, its one of the worst drs and offices I have been to. (Freehold) and Dr W ratings on other sites look very suspicious. I was a web designer and can see multiple reasons why they do not look legit. Or most do not look legit. If looking for help and desperate like many of us are, do not go here. Read the ratings with one star and they will tell you everything you need to know. They are identical experiences to mine.

The woman who makes appointments after seeing the doctor is terrible. I told her exactly what the doctor told me to tell her and she told me I was wrong. Then she went to speak to the doctor.
She ended up making 2 appointments for me 1 at the office, and the other at a surgical center. I waited all day to receive a call from the surgical center telling me when to come in for the procedure. I finally called them and was told I didn't have an appointment for the following day. She then called the doctor's office and they did fit me in. The woman at the office argues with me every time I go there. I saw Dr. Quinones, but she left the practice and she was wonderful! Her replacement, Dr. Walia, hasn't done any procedures on me, but he doesn't make eye contact, and types the entire time I tried to talk to him. They do have a really nice PA named Patrick that I see instead of Dr. Walia, but I am uncertain if I will return to the office.
