glow

I always liked their clothes. Last week I saw on facebook that glow had 20 or 25% off so i travelled 30 minutes in each direction.  As their hours on line said they were open until 6 on Saturday i was sure to arrive by 5 20.  They were closed .  I called and left a message to please call me, on sunday so i would return.  It is now a week later and no call.  I see on facebook they have 15% off.  Guess who is not going

Super unfriendly staff member (owner I think). Not really interested in helping you. I assume she judges you by what you are wearing, in this instance I had gym clothes on but spend a lot of money on my clothes. Whilst I did find items in the store I liked I am just going to order them online. As a comparison, I walked into Lululemon nearby, was greeted by warm friendly smiles, and conversation and ended up spending $400 in there. Different clothing obviously but it helps to be friendly and interested if you own a clothing store. I won't be back.

Horrible experience. Horrible policies.Had returned a sweater the day after buying after i had tried it on with my pants at home and it didn't fit properly.the woman accused me of wearing it and returning!?!?And she told me there's no returns on knit items.I've shopped there many times before. I've brought family members to shop there as well. I've spent good money there in the past. Never again! Nasty nasty people. happy to take my money somewhere else.
