        My wife's jeep was fixed here. Job done fair. Car was very dirty, buffer marks on some edges. Compound in all moldings, door handles ect. Crummy delivery.... I would have not accepted car. Had to take car to car wash twice to get clean.

        Came in to find out about a quote for damage done to my car on the passengers side back door (with the car that had damage on it) and the woman running the front desk refused to give me a quote because they had to get a request from the insurance company first even though we explained we were waiting for the other partys insurance to respond to us, as they were at fault for the accident that caused damage to my car. Went to multiple other places during the day that let us get estimates (and gave us printed out quotes) for possible repairs. Waste of time going to this shop and their parking was almost all blocked off making it almost impossible to even go in to talk to them in the first place

      John if you were not satisfied with the end result we would have liked to have the opportunity to make it right before posting this review, it would have been greatly appreciated. What you described is not typical of our work, could this all have been pre existing ? Was the exterior of the vehicle dirty because it rained ? Also a detail was not requested or paid for so a regular exterior wash and interior vacuum would only have been done as a courtesy. Please give our office a call or stop by so we can take a look at the vehicle and address your concerns.

      I'm sorry if you don't agree with our processes or procedures, they are in place for a reason. But yet you have nothing better to do but to go on google and write a bad review on a company that works hard to maintain a status of being the one of the best in the business. This was so unnecessary and unfair. Luckily it worked out in our favor because we don't want entitled customers like you anyway !!!! Keep up the good work keyboard warrior.
