It’s an ok place. I was told it would take a week to repair a sound post that was loose in my violin. That’s a week too long to have something SO simple repaired. I went elsewhere and they fixed it in a few seconds!!!! Yes, I said seconds!!! They really should have a qualified repair person on site for minor repairs.

Even though it’s my go to place for instruments, today, I was disappointed. I was going to check out clarinets and buy baton for my orchestra instructors. Since it is the holiday weekend, I checked to see if they were open before going. They were open, so I went. When I arrived, the doors were locked and no one was there. It was even worse when I saw that there was even a paper with hours on the door. It’s a good place, just disappointed.

Excellent customer service for people w music experience and without. They have discounts for teachers, if I recall correctly. Ample parking in back of store.
