Excellent experience with this company. We especially liked the personalized service that you don't get with most companies today. The application and purpose of the cameras was a little different, and they were able to provide a solution that worked.

I can't remember the last time that I dealt with a customer service as responsive and as helpful as the customer service at Surveillance Secure. From their initial visit to our needs after completely upgrading our access control system, Surveillance Secure and their amazing staff have been available to help with everything from hardware issues to answering questions for our residents and staff. Every Surveillance Secure employee that worked on our site, either remotely or in-person, conducted themselves professionally, politely, and had the knowledge and skill to do their job correctly and answer any questions we had. 5 Stars across the board

The folks at Surveillance Secure Delaware Valley were professional, friendly and provided excellent service. Even with my many questions, they worked diligently to ensure that the job was done correctly and that I learned what I needed to know to use our new system. Highly recommend them!
