After being insured by Allstate for 20+ years,, I received a letter stating that they would not be renewing my policy, due to me not completing a questionnaire that was sent to me in January with my new policy,,, mind you it is now June.. I contacted the office, after speaking with Ben, the new owner of the agency, I was told he spoke to the highest level of management at Allstate and there is nothing he can do for me. What baffles me is,, if the questionnaire was so important,,, why did they bury it on page 37 of my policy,, and why wasn’t I contacted by Allstate ,, once they didn’t receive the REQUIRED questionnaire... TOTALLY unprofessional conduct by Allstate and my local agent...But there is a bright side to this story,,, I contacted the Hocker Agency (Statefarm) in Freehold NJ,,, I ended up saving $2500.00 annually on the same policy, 4 vehicles,,, and another $500.00 annually on my Homeowners Policy which was already active with Statefarm.. I’m sure Allstate didn’t want me as a customer anymore because of a $24000.00 comprehensive claim they paid me last year because of my car catching fire..so they decided to bury this Mandatory questionnaire 37 pages into my policy ,, knowing that most customers just tear off their new insurance cards and that I wouldn’t see the questionnaire and send it in... BUT THANK YOU ALLSTATE,,, that’s $3000.00 a year you helped me find as you were OVERCHARGING me to begin with..

Called and spoke to I believe Kim to add a vehicle to a policy. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
