Camelot at Townelake

Far from luxury. Not enough parking spaces for residents. Not very clean either. Dog poop everywhere, common hallways always dirty walls smeared with blood and boogers. Extremely thin walls

These apartments are very noisy with neighbors stomping above and beside my unit. The doors are constantly slamming. The garages are underneath the units so those doors opening and closing all hours of the day and night is crazy. The parking is mimimal!!! The staff is nice and professional though. This is a temporary work assignment for me but would definitely not be able to deal with this for long. Just being honest, folks. Maybe you'll love this.

Apartments were nice enough, next to a nice neighborhood to go for walks around, but by far the cheapest thinnest buildings materials of any complex I've ever lived at. You will hear every conversation of your next door neighbor through the wall, as well we their TV and any music. Vertical sound is even worse. Each footstep of an upstairs neighbor shakes the whole ceiling and sounds like it's going to collapse. Also note there's only about 50 reviews now because they removed a lot of the previous reviews here, which is a bad sign.
