AHMC worked with us as the mortgage lender for our first home. AHMC was absolutely amazing. As first time home buyers, we knew nothing of the home mortgage loan process. The team was so supportive and amazing. They walked us through the whole process, spent extra time when it was not necessary to ensure we understood and were comfortable with everything. Their documentation and paperwork they send you is simplistic and so easy to understand. I was involved in the mortgage loan process when my parents bought their house and that paperwork is cryptic. These guys helped us work through a 203k here in town, and we couldn't have pulled it off without Sal and the rest of the folks we were working with.
