Fast response. Excellent diagnosis, repair & service by Chris. I have very high standards. Chris could not have done better. I can repair & diagnose most things, but I won't hesitate to call them again, and I'll recommend them.

We have been a customer for more than 10 years and in that time I've had no problems with any of the service technicians being unprofessional. RPHCE had installed a Heating and Air Conditioning system a few years ago to replace the original unit for the house that was at the point where it was no longer cost effective to fix the various problems. All the work was outlined in as much detail as I wanted, and the work was done to meet that expectation. They have come to our house within a few hours to fix the AC when its > 95 degrees outside, on a weekend when an asthmatic family member couldn't go somewhere cooler due to a recently broken leg. When I asked them to come to my house to consult/review/check my own plumbing work, the plumber was very knowledgeable and had a good attitude. If we ever move again, we are taking them with us.
