This firm was top notch in the install (and servicing) of my parents Acorn stair chair lift in their Long Island apartment. My folks are in their mid 80s and the fear of them being taken advantage of is very real nowadays. When my parents needed a weekend service call on their stair lift, Stairlifts Pro were very accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. Their response was immediate and rates were extremely fair. As a service contractor, I give them my highest review and rating.

We have an old model chairlift that suddenly stopped working. My mother is undergoing cancer treatment and needs it to get up and down the stairs. I called and spoke to Nick. He was out here the next day, not only was he able to fix the chair, but he did it so reasonably for us. He also explained that being an older model, it was very outdated and not easily repairable. Needless to say it was not an easy fix at all, but Nick rigged the chair and it is working perfectly. We are very grateful for the wonderful, prompt and compassionate customer service. I highly recommend them if you have any problems with your lift! Thanks again!

Excellent service. Chair just stopped working while on the second floor. In less than an hour the rep was at my door ready to get us back in business! Hubby was very happy to not get stuck upstairs for days!

This company is by far the most professional and knowledgeable stairs lift installation company out there. I got af quotes from a couple of nearby companies. But I was not comfortable with them, it seemed like they wanted me off the phone as soon as possible and hated when I asked questions. they even refused to tell me the name of the manufacturer they used. But luckily I came across this company. Nick spent over an hour with me on the phone explaining details and answering all my questions and concerns. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He even cleared his schedule for a next day installation, Nick is very punctual and knows his work well, even as an electrical engineer there were things he tought me about the equipment and how to handle them And made sure to leave absolutely no damage to the stairs. I would undoubtedly recommend him!!!
