Williams Concrete Pumping & Water Proofing

I don't like leaving bad reviews, however, Williams and the owners showed they are the exact kind of contractors people fear they might hire. From other reviews, when things go well they go well. When things go wrong, they run and hide, lie (and will lie directly to your face), make excuses, and when presented the truth and images, they say "Sorry, I can't talk right now." The first two images was how the foundation looked in the morning before the concrete was pumped. The owner of Williams told me, the pipes were not in the walls, and when I showed the pictures with time stamps, this is when he suddenly was not available. Instead he filled everything with concrete and showed he took no care in his work. Nothing is level, a lot is not filled in, piping removed and not placed back in when the concrete was level rose, and plenty is overfilled. I'm having to spend a lot of additional time and money fixing everything. He stated he had 15 years of experience doing this and nothing was his fault. So, I brought out two others with more experience, and they said this is the lowest quality they've seen in years. The correct concrete was ordered, the person pumping was entirely at fault. Of course, for showing up for an hour and pumping 5.5 yards of concrete, he charged $522, of which I don't expect to get any back. At the end of the day, please don't use them. If there is an issue, no matter how nice you are to them, they do not care about their quality, and certainly do not care about their personal integrity. Like anyone, I've had poor jobs from contractors before, but, I've never had somebody lie so much about everything. Truly disappointing somebody can act like this. Service: Foundations

Finished our floor in a new pool building. Great work with the entire concrete crew. Justin worked well with the concrete finishers and the floor is great. Thank you!
