My sewer lines backed up on a Saturday. I called Super Plumbers and they had a drain cleaning technician out within 2 hours even though I had never used them before. The plumber cleaned the drains and took extra care to make sure they were completely clear. He cleaned everything up when he was finished. I used another sewer clean out company before but the Super Plumbers tech did a much better job making sure the lines were totally clear. I thought the price was high but I know part of that was because it was the weekend.

Don't waste your money. After calling them three times before they showed up a received no resolution. The worker was nice enough but didn't know what he was doing. First he said there was nothing wrong with my air conditioning unit, just that is too hot, to there's a leak somewhere in the unit and needed a charge, to it just wontw turn on so need a new unit $7000.00. After all this he ended up not charging the unit but charged me $133.50. Not a lot of money but I at least wanted something done. I had to call another company and pay for them to come out.

I can't say enough good things. My heat stopped working on a Friday night (and it was COLD out!),The Repair guy did not only came within hours of my call, but he went out of his way to get a part for the furnace since he didn't have it. He was able to restore my heat, and in general, he was so nice and professional. Highly recommend!

Service man came earlier than expected and only took only 20 minutes to replace the thermal coupler.
Friendly and knowledgeable service man with a bunch of water heater maintenance tips as well.
Will use this company again when my water heater needs a full replacement
