This place is beautiful! It's as big as a postage stamp but the owners must have added about $200 worth of house warming gifts the day before i moved in! The people are nice the neighborhood is quiet. It's the perfect place for me. They did have bigger units but thisis the one for me.

No elevator in building. Have to climb 3 flights of stairs. Very drafty and noisy. Did not have a good experience.

A very nice, no-frills apartment building close to the River Line. I was able to live here and commute into Trenton for years, no automobile required. Not far from a grocery store, pharmacy, and other amenities.
The apartment was a spacious 1-BR with a small kitchen; washing machines in the basement. I got a lot of sunlight and was comfortable through the COVID-19 pandemic. They re-paint and re-upholster the apartment between tenants. Maintenance and landlord were always accessible and responsive. I was very happy during my residence.

Mansion House Apartments is a great place to call home. You can walk to the park, bike along the Delaware River, check out the Roebling Museum and the events and programs offered. The deli and post office are across the street in the center of the Historic Village of Roebling. The Riverline is just a blocks away.
Moreover, I feel safe with the secured access and surveillance cameras. The Mansion House is quiet and a non-smoking building.
Renovated with historic charm! I would highly recommend Mansion House Apartments!
