I tried to order balloons online at the Madison heights mi store they said they closed their online because of no staff I tried to order and pay over the phone they also declined I went into the store and had to wait over an hour to get 14 balloons inflated! This is horrible customer service!!! I will never come to this location again I will drive the extra 8 miles to the next nearest location or find another place to purchase balloons. They also tried to talk everyone out of buying a helium tank to fill your own saying it won’t fill hardly any balloons!!! Horrible Service!!

Party City Patchogue, NY is amazing!! I purchased balloons for an after school ceremony. As I brought them to the school one popped in the car and then 2 got away from me in the auditorium (very high ceilings). I went from 7 balloons to 4. So disappointed! I called to try and buy new ones and get them delivered. SURPRISE, Melissa gave me 3 free balloons, had them Uber’d to me (turned out to be more complicated than first thought), and paid a tip to the driver so they would take the delivery. This was amazing, made my day and gave the students their backdrop for photos. THANK YOU SO MUCH MELISSA!!

Went in to the East Hanover location at 12pm today (Saturday) to purchase 5 inflated balloons (two Mylar and three helium) for my son’s 1st birthday party. I, along with a number of people standing on line, were told by a worker that they would not be selling balloons for the time being because they were too far behind on other orders. There were at least 3 other workers behind the counter, two of which were at the balloon station (not filling balloons I might add). Not entirely sure how one can say they’re a party supply store yet not provide basic supplies for a party. Having a second party next weekend and I’d sooner invest in my own helium tank than give this disgraceful location my business.

I purchased balloons to make a unicorn rainbow. Some of the balloons had holes while others deflated. I called the store and spoke to Kevin. Assistant Manager. He was extremely nice and immediately said come in and we will replace the balloons. I explained to him my daughter worked close to his store who originally got the balloons for me and I could not go plus I needed the balloons that afternoon to make my rainbow. He called the store close to me and had them uber me the balloons. In all my years of dealing with companies this by far is beyond excellent customer service experience. Thank you Kevin for ur prompt attention in order for me to make my rainbow.
