One of the most important things to have at a wedding is a great photographer, with David Eric Photography you get 2! Jerry and Caroline were amazing to work with. My day was the least stressful part of the whole process, they showed up right on time to capture every moment and then some. Leading up to our big day they were very responsive and flexible, as we had to postpone due to COVID. They knew exactly when to contact us about next steps (I only reached out to them to ask questions because I was a nervous bride haha). The day of they were so in control and I never felt rushed to fit in all the shots that we wanted, and more. I couldn't wait to see our final photos, and they did not disappoint! Every special moment was capture, including those unplanned. We couldn't have asked for a better team, you can't go wrong choosing this duo!

Caroline, Jerry and their team were wonderful... years later we still cherish the photos taken on our special day. Don't go with lesser priced photographers... you get what you pay for and David Eric are worth every penny!

I hired David Eric for my wedding, May 2019, and was overall happy with the pictures. Caroline is creative and helpful, unfortunately I cannot say the same for her husband Jerry. There were several small issues and then one large issue that has resulted in my low rating. During the reception no pictures were taken through the entire cocktail hour, of food or guests. The florist requested professional photos from me which I couldn't provide because quality photos of the bridal table were not taken. After the event I requested a second copy of the wedding video for my mom. I was told it could be done. Prior to picking up my videos, I sent an email to remind Jerry of the DVD. When I arrived I was only given the USB and then told the DVD would be available the following week. When the following week came, he said it was so much extra work..he didn't know when it would be done or how much it would cost (he never discussed an additional fee with me in the three months). After sharing my disappointment, because this was requested three months prior to pickup, I was told her would not waste any more of his time. While they are great photographers, he lacks customer service and delivering to his word. From a pricing perspective, they are comparable to other photographers. So if you are seeking photographers and paying the high fees, seek someone who is more professional and will make the experience straightforward and organized. Still waiting for my wedding album and hope he can at least deliver that.
