Mitch is the absolute best. I called for a service appointment and he was nice enough to walk me through the problem. No charge, so easy. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and so friendly. The best will continue to use him and highly recommend.

Amazing service !!!! I called and I got his technician to come the same day. He did a fabulous job cleaning my fire place that got cleaned by a different company only 2 weeks ago!!! He was able to light it, run it smoothly in a very professional way! Highly recommended !!!

We had a really wonderful experience with Mitchel and his team. We were excited to buy a wood-burning insert for our new home, and set out one weekend to find the right unit at a local showroom. What should have been a fun day quickly turned awful when we were mocked by the sales associate. We left upset and turned to Google to find a different option. I'm so glad we found Creative Fireplace! Mitchel spent a long time with us on the phone discussing options. It was really a joy to chat with him, too. He put the fun back into our day! The project progressed very quickly and smoothly after that. Mitchel came to our house three days after we chatted on the phone. He took measurements and explained everything very clearly. He was also understanding about a snag in our payment plans. Ten days after that, we had a beautiful new stove! It's exactly what we wanted. It was one of the smoothest, fastest, most rewarding home improvement projects we've ever done. And the price was just what we'd expected, too. Even after the installation, Mitchel continued to help me throughout the permit process. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Mitchel made everything easy. The fireplace looks amazing and works beautifully! The whole project was a joy from start to finish. Highly recommended.
