I have been with Eastern Dental for close 20 years now and I have never had any problem with their services. My appointment with Eastern Dental today was exceptionally great! Dr. Hoffmaster and all the hygienists that attended to me were super nice! Excellent service! I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Glad I am able to update a previous negative review with a positive years later. Today I came in for a cleaning and they did such a wonderful job. Honestly the staff who looked at my teeth in the back were so kind and although they are very busy they answers my questions I had and I didnt feel rushed. Been coming here for over 15 years.

They were nice, however I came here because I was having pain and they told me I had to schedule an oral surgery to remove a root I had on the roof of my mouth. Which at the time the doctor had gave me antibiotics and pain killers. He then told me to head to the front to schedule an oral surgery appointment which at the time I did not have the $100 to book it I told the girl I will call it in. Well when he dentist gave me the prescription for the medication the one for the pain killer he didnt put a date so the pharmacy couldnt fill, we had to call the on call line to get the doctor to call the pharmacy, which an hour and some change later he did and they were able to give me my medication. Fast forward I got paid on Thursday I called to schedule the oral surgery, the girl who schedules them was out on lunch so I had to wait for a call back the afternoon came and still not call so I call and she still has not heard back the from doctor. Gave them sometime Friday and here we are Monday and I called and she was out again on lunch but they were going to leave her a message but apparently shes still waiting on the oral surgeon to answer her. All I want is to remove this root that is on the roof of my mouth and to remove another tooth. At this point I told them Im no longer interested in them doing the job and Ill be going elsewhere. I really liked this place because they were very helpful and polite and welcoming when I first went in and my husband goes there as well, but I dont like the fact that they have patients waiting or maybe its just me. I really want to remove it before I get the worse pain ever again.
