Dr. Ardito always great. New office is nice. Comfortable waiting room. Though I didnt wait long. Phlebotomist on premises making bloodwork easy.

I hate all these negative reviews. Ive been going to Valley Medical for a very long time. I think people complained just so they can complain about stupid stuff and theyre nothing but Karens.the doctors and the staff are
pleasant never ever did I have a problem .I go out of my way just to go there. the complaints that people complain about Ive never seen.

Deserve 0 stars ..sign on buliding says walk in care ..So I go in and wait online just to be told we don't do walk in customer ..Then why do you have it on your sign ..That false advertising!!!

I cannot sing enough praises about my medical group. Ive been coming here for ten years and yes, Ive had long waits at times and yes, but especially when youre a walk-in patient, that happens at times. No one is ever just sitting around and slacking. I recently switched to Dr. Romain as my primary and shes amazing. But Ive seen various doctors at this office and theyre wonderful as well. Theyre thorough, they remember details about my medical history and they never make me feel like Im bothering them, even when its a false alarm. The entire Valley Medical Group is fantasticso much so that I switched to a gastroenterologist within the group and when I saw a cardiologist recently, I requested one within Valley Medical as well. I could find doctors closer to my home but with their care and professionalism, Im happy to make the 30 minute drive.
