        After having a bad experience at a rival mattress store around the corner, we found ourselves at Mattress Warehouse bracing ourselves to fend off another overbearing salesperson. When I walked in, Tori greeted me and I explained that we were just coming off of an unpleasant experience at another store and I really just needed some time to look at the selection on my own first and then I would come get him for help. He was very understanding and gave me just enough information to self-guide and left me to browse on my own as I requested. When I had my selection narrowed down, I summoned him for help. Tori was extremely professional and impressively knowledgeable. He was not pushy at all, which he didn't need to be since he did such a phenomenal job of listening to us and expertly providing all of the information we needed without bombarding us with sales pitches. This is what makes an excellent salesperson. I promised him we would come back in a week when he was working again and we did just that. On top of being an expert in his field, Tori was very personable and made us feel comfortable with the entire experience. Because he placed more emphasis on listening to our needs and figuring out how to meet them rather than just trying to push products at us, we felt comfortable in purchasing upgrades that he recommended. If his boss were to read this, I would say you need to give that man a raise, because great employees like him are exceedingly rare. Overall it was an unexpectedly excellent experience.

        Recently went in to purchase a base for my mattress. I was greatly promptly and professionally by a young man named Torrey A. He was able to answer all of my questions about the different features of the basses. The whole process was easy and fast. Will return next time I need something else in the mattress world.
