This Company is one of the kind. I was dealing with John Magliaro who is a super honest, kind, and a true professional. I think this company runs its business based on a trust. They never asked me for any advanced payment. They came on time and did an amazing job and at the end I paid. Kevin, the owner of the company, hands down. He came and spent hours at my location to make sure everything is done right. Finally, I don't have enough words to thank Ms. Alyssa Maiorana the office manager for her help and professionalism. Kevin and team were great. They removed ~ 28 trees for us in Ramsey and did some pruning. Zero complaints. They did exactly what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. Would recommend and will use them again.

Today is November 1, 2021 and it's been over a year since Jersey Tree Care (JTC) damaged the roof of my shed during the removal of a tree from my backyard. Not only was JTC a no show to make repars on at least 4 committed dates, they didn't let us know in advance that they couldn't make the repairs as scheduled until after we contacted them on the day of the appointments. I've had to reach out to John Magliaro each time to request a new date. I have no confidence that JTC will repair the roof as promised and will be requesting proposals from local roofers to make the repairs. I will be seeking reimbursement from Jersey Tree Care for the repairs. Service: Tree removal

Just had work done in Mahwah. I had 6 trees that were too close to the house or dead. I sent a request on their website and Marc reached out. I told him my needs and Marc was there the following day. He walked me to each tree. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail of what would be included in the proposal. I received the proposal and was one of the cheapest among the local options. Considering the recent storms they were able to get me on schedule in a timely manner versus the other proposals were minimum 8 weeks out. Marc called me the night before the work was scheduled and confirmed the appointment. Work started on time and they moved very quick. Had all 6 trees down that day. He took away what I didn't want and left me wood that I could use for the fireplace. Kevin stopped by to introduce himself and check on his crews. While he was there he point out 3 stumps of small dead trees I cut down myself. He asked if wanted him to take care of them while he had his guys out doing the other stumps and he took care of them no charge. They came back the following business day and ground up all the stumps down to where I can plant grass, took away the remaining trunks and cleaned up the debris. I'll definitely use Jersey Tree care again. I felt like I had to leave this detailed review. They saved me money and were professional! Services: Tree removal, Tree stump removal
