Xpress Construction

We recently has our roof redone (last fall). The foreman and crew worked very promptly and expertly; all was clearly explained beforehand regarding the newer materials used (our previous roof was 25+ years old) and the method of installation. We had researched and received quotes from 2 other companies and the pricing was equal or better, the product the same and warranty assured and equal. We also had new gutters and downspouts installed, again the work was expertly done, and the look of the total renewal is immensely satisfying. The gutter company is associated with Xpress & were very good indeed. There were two small issues, one due to the ensuing painters damaging two areas; these were repaired promptly by Xpress, and a small gutter adjustment was required. One night during the week the roof was being installed there was an unforecast rain shower. Renato came at 1:00 AM to cover a hole so that the rain would not enter the attic. Xpress Construction was very conscientious, professional, prompt, responsive, and maintained a clean working environment.

Very happy with the work performed by the crew at Express Construction. Harry was great to work with and helped turn our vision for a renovated laundry room into a reality (a miracle given the tight space he was working with). Five stars!
