NJ Water and Mold

I had a leaking radiator on the second floor that had water dripping through the floor into the first floor ceiling for over 12 hours before anyone noticed. There was dirty water everywhere. We called late Saturday night and they were able to have a team at our house early the next morning. They had sensors to check exactly where all the still water pooled inside the ceilings and walls was and had the equipment to dry it all out. It was all set up in a few hours with the machines running for a few days before it was all cleaned up. I would recommend NJ Water and Mold for any emergency water damage situations. They come quickly, on time and prepared with everything to have the issue taken care of asap. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

What an amazing job! Had a pipe burst and the project manager called within 40 minutes and the whole crew was here in less than 2 hours. On a Saturday!!! At 3:00!!! Would 100% use them again

Our finished basement was flooded with over 2ft of sewer water when Ida hit. Other companies we reached out to promised call backs but never got back to us. Six months later, I decided to take a chance with NJ Water and Mold (because of their reviews) and it was the best decision. They were responsive throughout the entire process, answered all our questions, and they truly understood our project's individual needs. They ask a ton of questions but I believe its to gauge the extent of your project and determine your options. We just completed the mold remediation process and it went smoothly and just as they described. My only recommendation is if you're sensitive to scents plan accordingly for 1-2 days of intense odors (it went away quickly as they described, I just wasnt prepared for that and I know others with allergies would like to know). I also appreciated the humanity extended to us, we had an unexpected death in the family and they understood our situation and helped us reschedule and offered their condolences. After all the stress Ida caused my family this was a pleasant way to get back on track. We still have to waterproof and repair and we're planning to work with NJ Water and Mold for this process as well. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair
