I would give a minus 10 if I could. Bought a dryer from them, it was delivered on 1/23/24. The door was reversible and opened the wrong way for my laundry room. Installers did not ask if I wanted it changed which they were supposed to do. They also crushed ny exhaust vent and left a towel which they borrowed from me to slide it on BEHIND the dryer. My 81 year old hubby climbed behind the machine to fix these two issues. Then he took the screws out of the door to reverse it and they were cross threaded from the factory. They coukd not be reinstalled. I called Samsung immediately and they wanted to sebd out a tech from the delivery company 3 1/2 hours away. I told them this was nit necessary, just send me the screws. I was told they would. After 2 weeks and ni receipt, I called back. To make a long story short...here we are after 60+ emails, at least 20 phone calls, promises to send screws, promise to refund me $200 to have a tech come do it, promise fir 5% of original price refunded, NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. They even told me I'd have to buy the screws...6 @ $6.98 each...that it wasn't part of the warranty...well It is...it's part of their originally manufactured product. So they think nothing about breaching tgeir sales agreement, or their own warranty, continuously lie...and yet tgeir company mantra is " Samsung Cares." They only care about themselves and don't give a damn about their customers. Just bought a new stove this week and replaced my Samsung. There will never be another Samsung appliance jn my home. Anyone want to join me in a Class Action Suit??

As a Loyal S series phone fan i am Totally disappointed in the choice to rebrand the Note series and call it the S SERIES! Ive had almost every s series phone because they felt comfortable to hold and didnt feel like a supersized Shoebox.Most S series consumers will tell you the curved displays just feel better!Samsung...BRING BACK THE CURVED S SERIES DISPLAYS BEFORE YOU LOOSE YOUR LOYAL TO THE ECO SYSTEM CONSUMERS TO...ONE PLUS, XAIOMI, OPPO ECT.Not only do they have better devices but haveyou noticed they're cheaper with better specs! ONE PLUS 12 IS KILLING THE { NOTE } S24 ULTRA. WITH THE CHARGER IN THE BOX,IR BLASTER,16 G/B OF RAM, SUPER VOC SUPERFAST CHARGING,ALERT SLIDER... Get it together Samsung! When people pay Cadillac money they expect a Cadillac...Not a Chevette!!!

Phone dialed 911 on its own close to 1/2 doz times. Called support, demanded access to nearby devices info to fix, then was rude. Lied to me and said ALL supervisors went home. VERY RUDE!! DONT BUY A SAMSUNG ANYTHING! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
